• Solution-Oriented Work: You answer customer questions, solve problems, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Professional Support: You are the first point of contact for customers and work closely with our internal teams.

Your Profile:

What you bring:

• Location: You live in an EU country (outside Germany) and have a registered trade with VAT ID.
• Experience in Customer Service: You have already worked as an agent or in a similar role.
• Linguistic Skills: You speak and write German at the C1 or C2 level – clearly, error-free, and customer-oriented.
• Communication Strength: Friendly demeanor, solution-oriented work, and secure expression in word and writing.
• Technical Basic Knowledge: You are familiar with common tools and systems, such as CRM or ticketing systems.
• Freelancer Status: You are officially registered as a freelancer and can work within the EU.
