Freelancer Customer Advisor (m/w/d) Inbound Mobile / Prepaid

100% Remote within the EU (except Germany)

The hey contact heroes are starting a new, large mobile phone project in the area of Prepaid Customer Service – and for that, we are looking for reliable, motivated freelancers who will support us long-term.

Tasks

What awaits you:

• Friendly and solution-oriented handling of Inbound calls around Prepaid, tariff issues, SIM cards, recharges & technical basic questions.
• Structured processes, clear guidelines and a professional project environment.
• Flexible working hours within the scope of the project – ideal for freelancers who plan their own time.
• Fair remuneration per hour or per productive minute (depending on the project model).
• 100% Remote – you will work from your location within the EU.

Schulungsstart im Januar, Februar oder März 2026, sichere Dir frühzeitig Deinen Platz:

We offer several training sessions in January, February and March 2026, each limited to a fixed number of participants. Attention: The trainings will take place 8-10 days during the day with 8 hours.

Qualification

What you should bring as a freelancer:

1. Legal & formal requirements

• Gewerbeanmeldung / Self-employment in an EU country (mandatory)
• , to issue invoices correctly
• Residence in aEU member state (except Germany)
• Able to issue monthly invoices
• Compliance with Data protection, confidentiality and NDA requirements
• Self-organization of your working hours and capacities

2. Professional & personal requirements

• German language skills on C1 level or higher
• First experience in telephone customer service is an advantage
• Professional communication, reliability and high service orientation
• Self-organized work style and high process discipline
• Long-term willingness to participate in the project

3. Technical requirements

• A high-performance and stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbit/s)
• A professional headset, two monitors, webcam
• A quiet, undisturbed workspace in the home office
• Able to safely use our tools & systems

4. Availability

• Reliable participation in all training days
• Willingness to work shifts within the project's opening hours
