Job description

We are looking for freelance support for IT-support, Solingen/Düsseldorf/Köln area. The assignment will be project-based. You will visit our customers and resolve IT problems independently on site.

Tasks

Solving problems on-site at our customers
Friendly, clear, and service-oriented communication
Flexible takeover of assignments, usually alone, with own vehicle

Qualification

Experience in the IT sector, ideally in field service
Very good German language skills in writing and speaking are a mandatory requirement
Advanced technical understanding
Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented demeanor
Independent work style and reliability for project-based deployments
Own business registration or freelance activity
