Hommel Hired is a small, fully remote agency specializing in recruitment for remote-first companies.

In the following role, you will support the Hommel Hired team in the search for exactly these candidates.
Tasks
- Setting up campaigns
- Managing the ad budget
- Creating landing pages / forms
- Weekly reporting of KPIs including recommendations for action
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in social recruiting
- Reliability, diligence, and initiative
- Ability to issue invoices
- Fluent German & English
- Ideally: Notion & Join (ATS) experience
Workload approx. 5-10 hours per week
