Aufgaben

Creation of well-founded, precisely written content for the energy sector. Depending on the need, this may include the following content works:

• Fachartikel, Hintergrundberichte und Analysen on current developments in energy infrastructure and energy markets
• Newsbeiträge on technological innovations, regulatory changes and industry trends
• Blogartikel on best practices, engineering methods and digital transformation processes
• Überarbeitung, fachliche Prüfung und redaktionelle Revision of existing content
• Creation of Whitepaper-Abschnitten, Leitfäden und Dossiers
• Zielgruppengerechte Aufbereitung komplexer Sachverhalte für Fachpublikum aus Netzbetrieb, Anlagenbau, Industrie und Energieversorgung
• Ein besonderer inhaltlicher Fokus liegt auf folgenden Themenfeldern:
• Netzausbau und Modernisierung der Energieinfrastruktur, einschließlich Effizienzsteigerung und Standardisierung im Engineering
• Dezentrale Energiesysteme und erneuerbare Energien, deren Planung, Integration und technische Umsetzung
• Digitale Durchgängigkeit im Engineering, datenbasierte Prozesse, Automatisierung und strukturierte Dokumentation
• Planung, Konstruktion und Dokumentation von Schaltanlagen, Trafostationen und Netztechnik
• Digitale Methoden und Werkzeuge wie digitale Zwillinge, cloudbasierte Zusammenarbeit und automatisierte Workflows im Anlagen- und Energie-Engineering
• Praxisprojekte und Best Practices zur Optimierung von Zeit, Kosten und Qualität bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Energieanlagen

Arbeitsmodell

The collaboration takes place exclusively on a project basis – remunerated are clearly defined text and content services, not working hours. Scope, deliverables and milestones will be agreed upon project-specifically.

The workplace is generally freely selectable. Optional and after mutual agreement, presence dates may be possible at our office at the Donnersbergerbrücke – for exchange, co-creation and quality assurance. These dates are voluntary and serve only for content collaboration. Travel expenses cannot be taken over.

Qualifikation

• Nachweisliche Fachkompetenz in der Energiebranche (z. B. Energiewirtschaft, Stromnetze, erneuerbare Energien, Netzintegration, Anlagenbau, technische Infrastruktur). The Fachkompetenz please demonstrate with relevant work samples. Applications without the work samples cannot be considered
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Erstellung redaktioneller Fachinhalte für B2B-Zielgruppen
• Fähigkeit, komplexe technische und regulatorische Inhalte strukturiert, verständlich und fachlich korrekt aufzubereiten
• Erfahrung in der fachlichen Überarbeitung und Qualitätssicherung technischer Texte
• Sicherer Umgang mit Studien, Normen, Richtlinien und regulatorischen Quellen
• Verlässlichkeit in Recherche, Quellenarbeit und termingerechter Lieferung
• Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen, Kommunikationsteams oder Agenturen

• KI-Tools can be used as a supporting tool, all content must however be independently reviewed, revised and responsible („Human Review“)
• We expect clear authorship including quality assurance, fact-checking and source verification
• All delivered works (texts, concepts, contents) must be free from third-party rights and fully and exclusively transferable to us or our clients
