We are looking for enthusiastic freelancers (m/w/d) for first-level support in the e-commerce sector. If you have a passion for excellent customer service and want to work in a flexible, digital environment, then you're exactly right with us!

Tasks

💡 Your tasks:
✅ Answering and processing customer inquiries in Dutch and German
✅ Supporting technical issues and general customer inquiries
✅ Close collaboration with our team and clients within agile projects
✅ Documentation and efficient forwarding of complex cases

Qualification

🎯 Your profile:
✔ Fluent language skills in Dutch, as well as good German
✔ Experience in customer service and a strong technical affinity
✔ Structured, independent working style with a secure handling of digital tools
✔ Experience in the remote environment and ideally in e-commerce
✔ Availability of 15-25 hours per week
✔ Empathy, reliability, and the ability to remain professional even in stressful situations
