Tasks

You love bringing online events to life? From planning to live-streaming to troubleshooting – you'll handle everything and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You're creative, think on your feet, find solutions on the fly, and make digital experiences unforgettable for our customers.

Your daily routine could look like this

• Plan and host webinars and online events together with our customers
• Integrate interactive tools and ensure that everything runs smoothly
• Live troubleshooting – you'll find quick solutions when things go awry
• Counsel clients and host events professionally
• Develop, scale, and maybe even roll out internationally our offer
• Try new things, test tools, and actively shape the digital event world

Qualification

What you should bring with you

• Pleasure in online tools, new technologies, and digital events
• Experience in online event or webinar hosting and project management
• Excellent digital skills and technical understanding
• Self-sufficient, solution-oriented work style
• Learner's mindset and flexibility
• Your own studio or setup is nice-to-have, not a must-have
• Strong communication skills and customer focus
