Freelancer Assistance Clients from Remote | 50-100% - Nutrition/Health Sector

This is a completely remote position, with flexibility to choose between part-time and full-time, designed for those who want to balance professionalism and organizational freedom. You will be the direct point of reference for our Italian clients, ensuring they are followed up best on their journey towards a healthier lifestyle.

We were born in Germany as an online shop, and over the years we have grown to become a leading brand in the Weight Wellbeing sector at the European level. In Italy, we are already a consolidated reality, present online and in some selected pharmacies, and we are growing rapidly. This is the right moment to board and actively contribute to our expansion in the Italian market.

Tasks

• You will follow up with clients 360°, supporting them from the first request to the final resolution on topics related to orders, shipments, product information, and their use.
• You will moderate and actively interact in our Italian Facebook community, guiding discussions, responding to questions, and promoting a positive atmosphere.
• You will respond to questions and comments under our ads on Facebook and Instagram, directly addressing the needs of clients.
• You will monitor trends and relevant topics among our clients, providing valuable insights for internal optimizations.
• You will be a bridge between Italian consumers and the internal team, ensuring that client needs are always met to the best.

Requirements

• Prior experience in client assistance, community management, or similar roles.
• A genuine passion for nutrition, health, and well-being: those who know and live these topics firsthand make a real difference in our team.
• You are a talent in communication — empathetic, solution-oriented, and always clear and effective.
• You move with ease on customer service tools and social networks, and you know how to moderate discussions and respond constructively to client questions.
• You are organized, reliable, and work independently and responsibly.
