Job description
We are looking for experienced freelancers outside of Germany within the EU for an exciting inbound project in customer service for a well-known mobile phone brand.
Tasks
Your Tasks
- Phone and written support for existing customers
- Processing of inquiries about products, tariffs, and services
- Clearing up customer requests according to predefined processes
- Ensuring high service quality in daily contact
Your Start
- Start in March or April 2026
- Fully paid training, which will be compensated
Qualification
Your Profile
- Residence within the EU and freelance activity
- Very good German in writing and speaking (at least C1/C2)
- A quiet and closed room in the home office is a prerequisite
- Experience in customer service, ideally in the telecommunications sector
- Reliability, flexibility, and service-oriented work
