Freelancer 1st Level IT-Support (m/w/d)

We are looking for freelance support for a project-based 1st Level IT-Support. The assignment will be project-based and on-demand, with the inbound-call service being allocated as agreed upon. You will take over the initial point of contact for users regarding IT issues and ensure a quick, friendly, and solution-oriented processing of incoming requests.

Nearshoring within the EU is explicitly welcome – what matters are reliable availability and very good German language skills.

Tasks

• Receipt and processing of incoming calls (Inbound) in 1st Level Support
• Recording, classification, and prioritization of disturbances and requests in the ticket system
• Initial analysis and solution of standard problems (e.g. password resets, access rights, simple hardware and software questions)
• Forwarding complex cases to 2nd/3rd Level Support with clean documentation
• Friendly, clear, and service-oriented communication with the callers
• Flexible takeover of shifts or time windows after prior agreement

Qualification

• Experience in IT and/or support field, ideally in 1st Level IT Support
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking are a mandatory prerequisite
• Basic technical understanding
• Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented appearance on the phone
• Self-employed work style and reliability in project-based assignments
• Residence within the EU possible
• Own freelance registration or self-employment
