Tasks

• You transform raw material into scroll-stopping Video Ads for D2C E-Commerce Brands
• Edit and optimize UGC Ads, Image Ads and VSLs (Video Sales Letters)
• Motion Design with After Effects — Text flies, products shine, conversions rise
• Dramatic hooks in the first 2 seconds (yes, we measure that 😄)
• Creative concepts thinking instead of just clicks setting
• Collaboration with our team of Strategists, Creators and Coffee Enthusiasts
• Videos exported so they look good on every screen (even the old company tablet…)

Qualification

Experience in Video Editing for D2C E-Commerce

Comfortable with UGC Ads, Image Ads and VSL Editing

Good knowledge of After Effects Motion Design

Sense for Timing, Storytelling and „Why does this Ad suddenly work?“

You love Performance-Marketing at least as much as clean Keyframes

Independent working style + Teamplayer Vibes

Bonus points for Humor, Memes and the ability to not take Feedback personally 😉
