Freelance UGC & Content Creator*in

We are looking for creative Freelance Content Creators, who have fun producing video content for our social media channels and website trailers on a project basis.

Currently, we are focusing on the Hamburg area. ⚓
(You come from Cologne, Düsseldorf, Munich or Berlin? Apply anyway – we're expanding quickly and need creative minds there soon too!)

We define local experiences anew and create a diverse offer of courses and events in your city. From creative activities like pottery or ceramics to culinary experiences and alpaca walks – something is for everyone at our place.
But what's the point of the coolest pottery course if nobody sees how much fun it makes? Exactly here you come into play: You will be our eye and voice outward!

Aufgaben

You'll play a role as Content Creator*in:

• Content Creation: You conceptualize and produce content for our social media channels. You stand in front of the camera, regularly attend our courses, and capture authentic experiences.
• Content Editing: You edit image and video material independently (e.g., in CapCut or Premiere) and prepare it for various formats like posts, reels, or stories on – including matching captions.
• Storytelling: You develop creative concepts with us that make our brand emotionally experiential and encourage sharing.
• Content Planning: You support in planning our content calendar, monitor trends, and develop new, target-group-specific ideas.
• Community Management: You support in managing our social media accounts and actively engage with our community.

Qualifikation

You bring the following:

• Social Media Expertise: You ideally have 1-2 years of experience in social media & content creation and know your way around Instagram, TikTok & Co.
• Sovereign before the camera: You are open, extroverted, and actively approach people. Conducting interviews or spontaneously speaking with participants comes easily to you.
• Content Creation & Editing: You have experience in creating and editing image and video material.
• Analytical thinking: You use data for performance analysis and optimize content continuously.
• Work style & mindset:
