As part of the Auberge family, you will be responsible for providing personalized attention and quality service to each of our guests, creating unique experiences for them. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Take care in giving a high-quality treatment and ensures that the guest manifests satisfaction with the service received. Prepare ahead of time, reviews and adjusts as necessary to ensure an exceptional experience for each guest. Develops and maintains effective relationships with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Maintains confidentiality regarding sensitive information. Participates actively in team meetings and contributes to the development of new ideas and initiatives. KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field. 2+ years of experience as a therapist. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and approaches. Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities. Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).
