Freelance Telecaller – Recruitment Support

We are hiring Freelance Telecallers to support our recruitment process. Your job will be to call shortlisted candidates and ask them to fill out a form sent via WhatsApp.

• Call candidates who are already shortlisted.

• Spend only 30–45 seconds per call.

• Politely ask them to fill out the form shared on WhatsApp.

• If they ask questions, respond with:

  • “You will receive a call from the recruiter once you fill out the form.”

  • “You are shortlisted based on your profile and salary expectations. We need further details via the form.”

• Keep the conversation short and professional. No detailed explanation required.

This is a performance-based freelance opportunity.
You will be paid only for the number of candidates who successfully fill out the form.
You will not be paid for the number of calls made.

• Good verbal communication skills (Hindi or English)

• Polite and professional attitude during calls

• Prior telecalling experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Example:
If you get 60 candidates to fill the form in one day, your earnings would be ₹523.00 based on the progressive payout slabs.

Payouts are made monthly.
