For current and future client projects, we are looking for experienced freelance software developers, AI/ML engineers, and data engineers (m/f/d) from various technological fields.

We are particularly looking for expertise in the following areas:

• Backend Development – Java, C#/.NET, Python, Go, Node.js
• Frontend & Fullstack Development – JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js
• AI / Generative AI / LLM Engineering – Python, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, APIs & Automation
• Machine Learning / MLOps – ML Engineering, Model Deployment, Pipelines & Operations
• Data Engineering – Data Pipelines, Databases, ETL/ELT, Databricks, Snowflake
• Software / Solution Architecture – System Design, Microservices, Cloud-Native & Distributed Systems

Tasks

Possible Project Assignments:

Our client projects range from software development and modernization of existing applications to data engineering and machine learning, all the way to AI, Generative AI, and automation projects.

We are looking for both specialized developers and engineers as well as software architects, solution architects, tech leads, and experienced technical consultants.

Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Several years of practical experience in at least one relevant software, data, or AI area
• Experience from professional software development, data, machine learning, or AI projects
• In-depth expertise in at least one of the areas of backend/fullstack development, AI/ML, data engineering, or software/solution architecture
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Availability for freelance projects in Germany or the DACH region

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with modern software architectures, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native applications
• Experience with AI/Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, machine learning, or MLOps
• Experience with modern data platforms, data pipelines, ETL/ELT, Databricks, or Snowflake
• Experience with scalable and distributed systems
• Experience as a Tech Lead, Software Architect, Solution Architect, or technical consultant

Required Language Skills:

• German – very good to business fluent (C1 or higher)
• English – good to very good knowledge (B2 or higher)
