We develop exhibitions, museums, expo pavilions, and experience formats at the interface of space, communication, and culture. National and international. Sometimes very complex, sometimes completely crazy — but almost always with ambition, attitude, and many people who want to create something special together.

We believe in projects with relevance. In openness, respect, and cooperation on an equal footing. And that good work doesn't just come from experience, but also from curiosity, attitude, and people who enjoy building something special together.

Tasks

That's why we're looking for experienced freelancers in project management. People who are eager to really implement things. Who like creative processes as much as structure. Who can hold teams, timings, budgets, and workflows together without losing their sense of humor.

Qualification

Whether Cologne, Berlin, remote, or on the road — project-related, long-term, full-time or part-time: everything is open. What's more important to us is that you have a desire for cooperation. For good projects. For responsibility without rigid hierarchies. And for an environment where different backgrounds, perspectives, and personalities are explicitly wanted.
