B-works is a digital agency focusing on tailored web solutions. We realize complex web projects with Drupal and AI for demanding clients from the public and private sectors - including cantonal hospitals, authorities, social insurance institutions, and private organizations.

We are building a small circle of preferred senior development partners. Once you have worked with us, you will be the first to be approached for new mandates before we open up the market. We are not looking for one-time service providers. We are looking for technically excellent developers who appreciate serious work, deliver reliably, and think long-term.

For candidates with experience in technical project leadership, there is an additional option for a retainer mandate with guaranteed monthly volume and long-term commitment - similar to a combined Tech Lead and PO function over the entire B-works portfolio.
