Freelance Recruiter

People · Places · Performance is the recruitment consultancy of Sandra Lochmann with a focus on the Alpine region — Bavaria, Tyrol, South Tyrol, Trentino. I work directly with industrial clients in the region and am looking for freelance support for an ongoing project with direct sourcing of blue-collar skilled workers. Small team, short communication channels, you work directly with me.

Tasks

• Direct sourcing of candidates by phone, WhatsApp, and via portals

• Building and maintaining the longlist for the target regions

• Conducting initial interviews and qualifying profiles

• Maintaining contact with temporary employment agencies and local networks

• Candidate support up to the interview with the client

Qualifications

• Native Italian speaker, German at least solid

• Resident in South Tyrol or Trentino — you truly know the region

• Experience with blue-collar profiles: production, shift work, technical. No IT sourcing

• You prefer talking on the phone to writing and can maintain high contact numbers

• Knowledge of the somministrazione landscape, ideally from an agency branch

• Self-employed with Partita IVA or willing to open one
