Job description
Uvvo is a recruitment platform that connects companies in Germany with suitable candidates. We are looking for independent recruiters, staffing agencies, and recruitment partners who have access to qualified candidates and would like to recommend them for current job openings.
Important: This is not an employment contract, but rather a free collaboration on a success-based basis.
Tasks
- Suggest suitable candidates for our customers' current job openings
- Use your network, recruiting channels, or existing candidate contacts
- Initial assessment of candidates' qualifications, experience, language skills, and availability
- Submission of suitable candidates through Uvvo
- Coordination with Uvvo on suitable job openings and candidate profiles
Uvvo will handle the collaboration with companies. You will focus on identifying and recommending suitable candidates.
Qualification
- Experience in recruitment, active sourcing, HR, or staffing is advantageous
- Access to qualified candidates in Germany
- Understanding of professional qualifications, life stories, and application documents
- Careful and professional handling of candidate data
- Good German language skills; English language skills are advantageous
- Self-reliant, reliable, and result-oriented work style
Candidates who are already in Germany or have a valid work permit are particularly relevant. Uvvo currently does not support the application for visas or work permits.
