Freelance Trackside Quality Manager (m/w/d)

We are currently looking for a freelance quality manager (m/w/d) for one of our clients:

Rahmendaten:

• Start: earliest 01.03.2026, latest April 2026
• Dauer: 6 months (with option to extend)
• Auslastung: Full-time, 38.5 hours per week
• Einsatzort: Berlin / Zeltweg
  Vertragsart: Freelance

Aufgabenbeschreibung:

• Responsibility for quality management (QM) in the rail industry (Track Side)
• Processing of documents, audits, and product acceptance
• Solving problems, AD-Reports, and complaint management
• Ensuring quality regarding products and processes
• Collaboration on two large internal projects (high project volume, personnel tight)
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Support for internal projects currently being rolled back
• Cooperation with subsidiaries, reporting to the parent company

Qualifikationen:

• Senior-level with approximately 10 years of experience in QM field
• Fluent German and English skills (if German is not perfect, English is sufficient)
• Fachkenntnisse:

• Quality management in the rail industry
• Experience with audits, documentation, and complaint management

• High self-motivation and problem-solving competence
• Flexibility and willingness to travel within the group
