As we currently manage several partner brands with monthly Adspends of 100k+, we are expanding our network to include an expert in the field of Programmatic Advertising. We are looking for a partner on eye level, who takes responsibility and ensures complex setups lead to success.

This might be your new job:

You will be responsible for the operational excellence of our programmatic campaigns in the D2C sector.

• Performance Scaling: You steer and optimize DV360 campaigns with a clear focus on business goals such as ROAS and Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC).
• Budget Management: You manage six-figure monthly budgets and ensure efficient deployment over Display, Video, and YouTube.
• Proactive Optimization: You analyze performance trends and lead independent measures to improve and scale campaigns.

How long is the collaboration planned?
We are interested in long-term partnerships. Since we continue to grow, we are looking for experts who can accompany us over several months or years - depending on capacity and project situation.

Is the position solely remote?
Yes, we work remotely-first. A presence on-site is not required as long as communication via Slack/Meet functions smoothly.

How does billing occur?
Simple: You submit us a monthly invoice for your worked hours or the agreed-upon retainer model. We guarantee timely payment.

Is an application or portfolio necessary?
Brief and to the point: No. We dispense with classical job applications. For us, it counts your experience on the platform and your results. A simple listing of your most relevant projects (Focus: D2C & High-Budget) is absolutely sufficient. We want to know what you operationally moved, not how well you can formulate flowery language.
