Job description
Thiga is looking for freelancers to take on high-impact assignments
Are you a Product Designer, and do you do more than just design screens, but build high-performing products?
Do you rely on data, understand business challenges, and use AI to go faster and further?
You are in the right place.
Conviction
At Thiga, we are convinced that Design is a responsible growth accelerator for companies.
But to have a real impact, the designer's role must evolve.
We advocate for a "Product Builders" Product Designer approach, capable of mastering the entire product cycle: from discovery to delivery, in close collaboration with Product, Tech, and Business.
Designers augmented by data and AI, enabling them to explore faster, decide accurately, and deliver with impact.
By placing real user needs at the heart of products, while integrating economic, social, and environmental stakes, design becomes a powerful lever for innovation that is both high-performing and sustainable.
Product Design must therefore be carried to a strategic level to truly transform organizations.
We are looking for freelancers who embody this vision.
