HOLZRICHTER Berlin is a Premium Leather Goods brand with strong Social-Paid focus. Our campaigns are data-driven, hypothesis-based, and performance-oriented. We're not looking for classical Copywriters, but rather a Performance Concepter.

Mission of the Role

• Deliver high-quality Social Paid Performance Output
• Optimize our Testing Logic
• Optimize Performance Resonance in Meta through Paid Conception

Tasks

1. Social Paid Performance Concepts (Core KPI): You work closely with the Creative Producer, who implements your concepts. Art Direction is your professional lead.

• Minimum 5 Social-Paid-Concepts per week

2. Performance Copywriting: You are responsible for linguistic excellence in:

• Social Paid Ads (Hooks, Variations, Angles)
• Newsletters (2x monthly)
• Landing Pages (2x monthly)

3. Process Ownership: You take responsibility for the Social Paid Workflow:

• Clean task structure in Asana
• Active Stakeholder Management

4. Interfaces: Close coordination with

• Creative Producer (Implementation of Paid Creatives), Art Direction, Media Buying

Qualification

What we expect:

• High expressiveness and strong brand understanding
• Numerous projects in the field of Fashion, Lifestyle, and/or Accessories
• Numerous experience in Social Paid and/or Copywriting
• Structured, proactive work style
• Sovereign handling of Asana
• Reaction time < 24 hoursWeekly availability (fixed scheduled)
