Description Are you a premium or luxury brand shopper or fan? If the answer is yes, then CXG would like to invite you to join our network of Freelance Evaluators! In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the customer experience of specific luxury brands by visiting stores, restaurants, or hotels (depending on the brand) and following a specific scenario or set of instructions. You will then need to submit a detailed report, with specific feedback around the service and experience you received. Requirements: * Must be able to read and write fluently in English. * Must possess strong attention to detail. * Must be reliable and able to meet deadlines. * Must be discreet and able to maintain confidentiality. * Must have access to a computer and internet access. * Must be a fan of luxury brands. * Must be based in or near Hyderabad, India. Preferred skills: * Previous experience in customer service or mystery shopping is a plus. * Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
