About the Role: As a luxury brand evaluator, you will step into the world of luxury to discreetly assess customer experiences, providing critical feedback that helps brands refine their offerings, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. What You'll Do: • Conduct discreet assessments of customer experiences with luxury brands, providing actionable feedback to help refine their offerings and improve customer satisfaction • Work closely with luxury brands to understand their goals, objectives, and target audience • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of luxury brands, their products, and their target audience • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform your work and provide valuable insights to luxury brands. What You'll Need: • 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as market research, customer experience, or luxury brand management • Strong understanding of luxury brands, their products, and their target audience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, business, or communications.
