As a Luxury Brand Evaluator, you will step into the world of luxury to discreetly assess customer experiences and provide critical feedback that helps brands refine their services, your insights will shape the future of luxury experiences. Flexibility - each in-store visit takes approximately 20 minutes, giving you the flexibility to complete multiple assignments, which can be done at your own pace. You will be required to evaluate the overall customer experience, including the quality of the vehicle, the sales process, and the overall atmosphere of the dealership. Your feedback will be used to help luxury brands improve their services, products, and overall customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to work with some of the world's most prestigious luxury brands and make a real impact on the industry.
