Freelance Logistics Specialist - (SAP/EWM)

We are partnering with an Electrical & Electronics Manufacturer headquartered in Austria and they are seeking an experienced an SAP/EWM Logistics Specialist with a strong grounding in SAP/EWM. This is a key role within a major SAP EWM implementation project that is already underway and expected to run for the next two years. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between IT teams and logistics operations, ensuring smooth deployment and optimisation of SAP EWM across the business. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP EWM into existing logistics processes; * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SAP EWM functionality and its application in various logistics scenarios; * Provide expert-level support to logistics operations teams, ensuring that they are fully equipped to leverage the capabilities of SAP EWM; * Identify and address potential issues or roadblocks in the implementation process, working closely with IT teams to resolve them; * Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on SAP EWM best practices and procedures; * Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field; * At least 5 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably with SAP EWM implementation projects; * Strong understanding of SAP EWM functionality and its application in various logistics scenarios; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to work independently and as part of a team; * Proficiency in MS Office applications.
