Your Mission

To support our further growth, we are currently looking for an experienced freelance leader in the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) area, who with strategic foresight and operational experience takes over the build-up and management of our O&M department.

Your Tasks

• Setup and structuring of the O&M department including processes, tools, and documentation
• Definition and implementation of efficient maintenance and monitoring processes (including preventive strategies)
• Techical operation management of our Agri-PV plants in close coordination with EPC and engineering
• Coordination of external service providers and ensuring SLA compliance
• Performance analysis, error management, and optimization of operational data
• Ensuring the observance of HSE-, quality- and environmental standards
• Budget planning and control for maintenance, upkeep, and technical services
• Optional: Support in setting up an internal O&M team for long-term scaling

Your Profile

• Degree in a technical field (e.g. electrical engineering, energy technology, mechanical engineering) or equivalent qualification
• Multiple years of experience in the Operations & Maintenance area and with PV and/or energy plants
• Fundamental understanding of electrical systems, medium voltage, and grid connections
• Experience in setting up O&M structures or interim management of technical teams
• Outstanding process understanding, analytical thinking, and hands-on mentality
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
• Will to attend occasional on-site meetings (plant locations) in Bavaria or Baden-Württemberg

This full-time position is hybrid with a location in Bavaria or Baden-Württemberg – ideally in Munich.
