• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and job requirements.
• Manage the recruitment process, providing regular updates to clients and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance your recruitment methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter, with a successful history of placing candidates across various industries.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented, with strong time management skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
