Freelance E-Mail Marketing / CRM Manager | 100% Remote (m/f/d)

Do you know your way around Klaviyo, have you already managed e-commerce brands, and do you want to be responsible for more of your own clients and a team? Then this might be a good fit.

We are an agency for email and SMS marketing. We support DTC brands with seven- and eight-figure revenues in getting more out of their email marketing and growing long-term.

With us, you will take care of several clients. You will develop the strategy, plan campaigns, and coordinate the implementation with your team of copywriter, designer, and Klaviyo technician. You will keep an eye on the results and ensure that our clients always know what we are working on.

We are looking for someone who thinks proactively, communicates clearly, and drives their tasks forward independently.

IMPORTANT: Experience at an agency or brand is mandatory. Please do not apply otherwise.

Your Tasks

• Client Management: You are the first point of contact for your clients, keep them up-to-date, and handle feedback and approvals.

• Strategy Development: You plan campaigns, flows, and pop-ups that fit the respective brand and its goals.

• Campaign Planning: You create monthly campaign calendars and contribute your own ideas for themes, offers, and tests.

• Team Coordination: You brief copywriters, designers, and Klaviyo technicians and ensure everyone knows what needs to be done.

• Quality Control: You check texts, designs, and technical implementation. You ensure that every email fits the brand and is carefully reviewed before sending.

• Deadline Adherence: You keep track of ongoing tasks and ensure everything is completed on time. Revisions are usually implemented within 24 hours.

• Results Analysis: You analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and discuss results and next steps with your clients in monthly reporting.

• Organization: You ensure a clear structure in Figma and Klaviyo so that your team can collaborate effectively.

What You Bring

• Experience: You have at least two years of experience in email marketing for e-commerce or DTC brands, either directly with a brand or at an agency.

• Klaviyo Skills: You are proficient with Klaviyo and familiar with flows, campaigns, and segmentation. You also have sound knowledge in SMS marketing.

• A Good Eye: You can tell if an email is well-structured, fits the brand, and encourages purchases.

• Clear Communication: You can advise clients, write understandable briefings, and provide helpful feedback to your team. You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.

• Independence: You don't wait for someone to tell you the next step. You think proactively, tackle tasks yourself, and report early if something isn't going according to plan.

• Organization: You can manage multiple clients simultaneously and keep track of tasks, priorities, and deadlines.

• Attention to Detail: You work efficiently without overlooking important details.

• Availability: You can work largely undisturbed between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM CET and typically respond to Slack within 60 minutes during this time.
