Job description
Aufgaben
- Development of the general concept for the Adventskalender
- Development of the concept for the 24 doors: product mix, storyline, look & feel
- Development of designs together with a Packaging and Graphic Designerin
- Tight coordination with Leonie (Founder) and our Sourcing-Team
- Direct communication with suppliers on production topics
Qualifikation
- Experience as Packaging Designer or Brand Managerin / Projektmanagerin
- Portfolio with at least one Limited Edition, Gift Box, or Seasonal Product
- DTC background of advantage (Beauty, Accessories, Lifestyle)
- Strong in Adobe Illustrator (Dielines), InDesign, and 3D tools (Cinema4D or Blender)
- Experience in production topics: cardboard weights, casings, hot foil stamping, door construction
- German on a native speaker level, English negotiable
- Self-sufficient, structured working style and fun with short ways
