Freelance Consultant (m/w/d) SAP Solution Manager & Focused Build
Job description
The Cross ALM GmbH is a specialized SAP consulting firm with a focus on Application Lifecycle Management. We support our customers in introducing, operating, and further developing their SAP ALM landscapes – from Solution Manager to Cloud ALM.
Tasks
You will take on independent consulting and implementation tasks in ongoing customer projects around the SAP Solution Manager and Focused Build. Depending on the project scope, the range of tasks will include conception and customization, process consulting (ChaRM, ITSM, Test Suite, Requirements-to-Deploy) up to rollouts and operational support. You will work closely with our customers and our in-house team.
Qualification
- Several years of project experience in SAP Solution Manager 7.2 (ChaRM, ITSM, Test Suite, Monitoring, BPMon, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Focused Build – ideally end-to-end over Requirements, Solution Documentation, Test, and Release
- Confident appearance in customer contact, independent working style
- Very good German and good English skills
Advantage:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in validated environments (GxP, Computer System Validation, Change Control according to regulatory requirements)
- Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM or adjacent ALM tools
