Job description
You are a building designer or work in technical drawing and are looking for regular, well-structured order volumes?
Tasks
- Modernization of old floor plans (layout update, readability improvement, clear modern representation)
- Creation or revision of 2D floor plans, sections, and views
- Room area calculations according to a given standard (without stamp)
- Uniform representation according to our specifications
- Reliable, timely delivery
Qualification
- Educational background/experience as building designer, technical draftsman or equivalent
- Experience with floor plan creation & existing building transfer
- Able to perform correct room area calculations (without legal drawing permission / without stamp)
- Self-organized, precise working style
- Very good German language skills for coordination
