Freelance Analyst (m/w) | M&A Advisory
Job description
We are a specialized M&A boutique focused on the German Mittelstand. We advise our clients on both the sell and buy sides in corporate and real estate transactions. Competent consulting in the areas of company valuation, financing, and restructuring is one of our strengths and daily tasks. Our clients include leading private equity firms, strategic investors, entrepreneurs, and family offices.
Tasks
As an Analyst (freelancer or preferably as a free employee) you will support us in complex corporate transactions, research, and analysis of companies and markets. Mainly, you will support us in the following areas:
-Company analysis -Key figure analysis -Balance sheet analysis -Market analysis
Qualification
-High professional competence and experience in Banking & Finance -Relevant work experience -Ability to quickly understand companies and markets -CFA is an advantage -Secure handling of KPIs and common software -Above-average intelligence
