Fraud & Identity Lead

From Workana we are collaborating with a multinational fintech company of rapid growth in LATAM to incorporate a Fraud & Identity Lead. The company has operations in 7 countries and seeks a strategic leader to design and execute the integral strategy for preventing digital fraud and identity in all its products and geographies. The position is 100% remote and reports directly to the Chief Strategy Officer / CEO. Requirements: 7 years of experience in digital fraud management in fintechs, with expertise in risk assessment, fraud detection, and prevention strategies; Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets; Excellent communication and leadership skills; Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision; Familiarity with industry regulations and standards such as PCI-DSS, GDPR, and AML; Certification in fraud detection or prevention is a plus.
