Nelo is looking for a Fraud Risk Manager who thinks like a strategist, acts like an analyst, and builds systems like a software engineer. You’ll lead the charge in protecting a fast-growing, profitable consumer lending fintech, using data, analytics, and AI-powered tools to stay ahead of the curve. This role requires a deep understanding of fraud risk management, as well as experience with data analysis, machine learning, and AI/ML model development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, mathematics, or computer science, and be able to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. As the Fraud Risk Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to identify, prevent, and mitigate fraud risks across all Nelo products and services. This includes analyzing large datasets, building predictive models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement controls and monitor results. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date on the latest AI/ML trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our fraud detection capabilities.
