BUDDY PROGRAM: To start, an experienced person from another station will accompany you – in the same position, but at a different location. This way, you immediately have a dedicated contact person and get to know the roadsurfer spirit beyond your own station.

Your Role – Your Passion

• You coordinate the daily rental business and, together with our station team, ensure a smooth process for vehicle handovers and returns.

• The satisfaction of our customers is your top priority – you shape a positive customer journey.

• You support station management with personnel planning and team training, contributing to everyone's development.

• You ensure that our quality standards are met – especially in dealing with our customers.

What you need to surf on the same wave with us

• Completed vocational training and 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in car rental, tourism, or a comparable field.

• High service and customer orientation, as well as a friendly, professional, and open demeanor.

• Enjoyment of hands-on work, as well as strong communication skills in direct contact with our customers.

• Organizational talent and the ability to maintain an overview and find solutions even in challenging situations.

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.

• A valid driver's license of class B.

Your Salary

We ❤️ transparency. The salary band for this position ranges from EUR 34,000 to EUR 38,000 gross annually. We are currently introducing salary bands in our job descriptions to ensure that all employees are treated fairly. Once we get to know each other better in the application process and can assess your skills and experience more precisely, we will find out together which level within the salary band is best suited for you. Your salary will be reviewed at least once a year in an annual feedback interview.
