Franchisee (Run Your Żabka)
Workplace: Jelenia GóraYour responsibilities
- Running your own business based on a proven business model,
- Managing a store under the Żabka brand,
- Ensuring high quality of service,
- Monitoring inventory levels and orders,
- Adapting store assortment to local market needs,
- Cooperating with headquarters on marketing and operational activities.
Our requirements
- You have strong motivation to run your own business,
- You strive for independence and want to manage your own business,
- You have team management skills,
- You are ready for continuous development and expanding your knowledge,
- You have completed at least post-secondary education,
- You have a positive history in BIG, BIK, and KRD,
- You are at least 18 years old.
What we offer
- Fully equipped store – you don't need your own premises; we will acquire the property for you. You also receive equipment and goods delivered to your door.

- Achieve PLN 32,000 in revenue. 80.61% of franchisees achieved PLN 32,000 or more in revenue during the period of 01.01-31.08.2026. Revenue depends on the turnover from the sale of merchandise (margin) achieved by the franchisee, the number or value of concluded contracts for ancillary services, and the discounts applied.

Foreigners - formal requirements
- Permanent residence permit or
- Long-term resident-EU residence permit or
- Temporary residence permit, granted, among others, in connection with family reunification, full-time studies, and graduates or
- Valid Pole's Card + current visa or
- Submitted application for a residence card
- Additionally, a Passport and assigned Pesel number
