Your responsibilities

• Running your own business as a Partner of the largest bathroom showroom network in Poland, based on a cooperation agreement.
• Responsibility for the showroom's performance and comprehensive service to clients who are building or finishing a bathroom or apartment.
• Building and managing your own sales team.
• Developing local relationships with contractors, architects, and investors.

Our requirements

• Experience in managing a retail outlet and leading a team.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and responsibility for results.
• Own business activity or readiness to establish one.
• Commitment and identification with the BLU brand.

Would be an asset

• Knowledge of the interior finishing industry.
• Contacts in the local construction market.
