Franchise Partner Coop Pronto without Gas Station The Coop Pronto AG is a company of the Coop Group. As a leading Swiss company in the convenience, gas station, and energy sector, we operate a network of over 320 Coop Pronto shops with or without gas stations in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We are continuously expanding our network of Coop Pronto shops and Coop gas stations. The Coop Pronto locations are managed very successfully as part of our franchise concept. The Coop Pronto AG, as franchisor, is looking for a: Franchise Partner Coop Pronto without Gas Station Working where speed and freshness excite Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the smooth organization of your Coop Pronto shop and guarantee the implementation of Coop Pronto's high standards
- You successfully manage financial tasks, including controlling the business key figures of a Coop Pronto shop
- You take care of inventory management (orders, incoming goods checks, and stock keeping)
- You sell products, advise customers, and maintain the gas station (if available)
- You ensure compliance with, enforcement of, and control over legal provisions concerning quality assurance, youth protection, and occupational safety
- You manage employees: search, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and social benefits, as well as compliance with labor law framework conditions (OR and Labor Law)
- You have completed training in retail (or comparable training in sales), preferably in food retail
- You have several years of management experience, possess high social competence, and are an organizational talent
- You can raise total capital of CHF 125,000 to CHF 145,000 – CHF 125,000 is required for a Coop Pronto shop with a gas station and CHF 145,000 for a Coop Pronto shop without a gas station. Pension fund assets cannot be contributed
- You enjoy active customer contact
- You enjoy working with a team, are willing to manage daily tasks together, and are motivated to run your own business within clear frameworks
- High commitment to performance, flexibility, strong customer and sales orientation, as well as open and friendly communication are among your strengths
- Business and entrepreneurial thinking and acting round off your profile
- Your place of residence is preferably near the Coop Pronto shop, or you are willing to relocate
- You master the regional national language in spoken and written form
