Tasks

As a Franchise Partner of Pflegehelden ® you will manage an exclusive territory that has been precisely checked for potential by us. At the beginning, you will be thoroughly inducted into our Start- and Sales-Schooling program and intensively supported by the central office.

Each franchisee receives a starter package with detailed information and individual marketing materials such as contracts, sample documents, business equipment, and a self-contained internet presence. Furthermore, you will have full access to our in-house software that supports all daily operations.

Your Tasks:

• Placement of caregivers for home care
• Demand assessment at the customer
• Negotiations and customer communication
• Customer acquisition and retention
• Regional marketing measures
• Contact maintenance with multipliers and institutional customers (hospitals, medical institutions, etc.)

Qualification

Your Profile:

• You possess entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for social responsibility.
• You are an industry expert or identify with the care market.
• The future of people in need lies at your heart.
• You have sales experience, think entrepreneurially, and work structured.
• You are friendly, patient, and self-assured.
• You are willing to be part of a comprehensive system.
• You possess social competencies such as tolerance, openness, criticism- & teamwork ability.
• You have a driver's license
