Aufgaben

We are looking for an entrepreneur who builds and leads neospaces Hamburg as a franchise partner under our brand. You found your own brokerage business — with our brand, technology, pipeline, and support. But it's your company, location, team, and success.

Hamburg is one of the most exciting commercial real estate markets in Germany: HafenCity and Überseequartier as growth stories, a strong hotel and gastronomy landscape in Europe, dominant logistics around the port, and an office market with clear top locations from Neustadt to City Nord. Exactly where you want to establish the leading new brokerage model.

What you do

• Location foundation and leadership: You build neospaces Hamburg as a standalone unit — operationally, strategically, commercially.
• Brand presence on site: You are the face of neospaces in Hamburg — with property owners, family offices, asset managers, project developers, and expanding brands.
• Full entrepreneurial responsibility: Revenue, profitability, growth, team — everything is yours.
• Team building: You recruit, develop, and lead your own brokerage team in Hamburg.
• Mandate acquisition and closure: Retail (Neuer Wall, Mönckebergstraße, Europa Passage), Office (HafenCity, City, City Nord), Gastronomy and Hospitality, Logistics and Light Industrial in the Hamburg metropolitan area, Medical. You personally handle the major mandates.
• Strategy co-creation: As a franchise partner, you sit at the table when we decide where we're going as a group.

Qualification

• 5+ years in commercial real estate brokerage, with several years in senior or leadership positions
• Nachweisliche degree and revenue responsibility
• A reliable network in Hamburg — property owners, asset managers, family offices, project developers
• Deep understanding of the Hamburg market and at least one asset class (Retail, Office, Logistics, Hospitality, Healthcare)
• true entrepreneurship — you don't want to be an employee, you want to build your own thing
• willingness to take personal responsibility — financially, operationally, culturally
• Affinity for technology and data-driven work — you see systems as levers, not threats
• German at a native speaker level, negotiable English
