Franchise Development Manager
Job description
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Recruitment of New Franchisees
- Lead Conversion: Convert qualified leads (generated by department marketing initiatives) into new franchisees by successfully selling our business model.
- Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates' financial capacity, business experience, and alignment with our core values.
Negotiation Support and Contract Drafting
- Contractual Support: Assist in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing franchise agreements.
- Document Customization: Adapt administrative documents and contracts based on the specific needs of each franchise, whether for a new center, a transfer, or a renewal.
Identification of New Opportunities
- Market Expansion: Research and evaluate new markets to drive the expansion of the franchise network.
Event Attendance
- Brand Representation: Represent our brand at trade shows, industry events, and strategic meetings to build business relationships and close franchise agreements.
Required Skills and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (ADE), Finance, Marketing and Communication, Engineering, Economics, or Business Studies.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or in a commercial/sales position in Mexico (preferably in B2B sales) or consulting.
- Logistics Knowledge: Knowledge of the logistics and transportation sector is a plus.
- Franchise Experience: Experience in the franchise industry is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and CRM platforms. Experience with CRMs, marketing automation tools, and the MS Office suite.
- Commercial Skills: Strong sales acumen and quick conflict-resolution abilities.
- Live in Mexico City (CDMX)
