Franchise Business Consultant - Mexico

Your Mission: Serves as a business consultant to assigned franchise owners (franchisees), or candidates applying to become franchisees, to assist in the achievement of operational excellence. Maintains an ongoing liaison between the company and the franchisees, ensuring that the company's goals and objectives are met. Provides guidance and support to franchisees to help them achieve their business goals, and to ensure that they are operating in compliance with company policies and procedures. Develops and maintains relationships with franchisees, and provides them with information and resources to help them grow their businesses. Identifies and addresses operational issues and opportunities for improvement, and works with franchisees to implement solutions. Collaborates with other departments within the company to ensure that the needs of the franchisees are being met. Your Responsibilities: Develops and maintains a deep understanding of the company's business and operations. Provides guidance and support to franchisees to help them achieve their business goals. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Your Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Your Experience: 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as franchise development, operations, or management. Your Certifications: None.
