FPGA Developer (m/w/x)

Project Description:

To support our team at our customer from the field of Funk and Communication, we are looking for a permanent employee to join K-tronik as soon as possible. Sounds interesting? Then we look forward to your application!

Tasks:

• Development of an FPGA design for a PCIe card with an AMD Ultrascale+ FPGAs.
• Development based on existing hardware and an already established FPGA- and driver-framework
• Adaptation of existing modules and development of new modules.
• The task includes the complete FPGA design integration, test development, and test execution, as well as collaboration with software driver development
• The goal is a series-ready product
• Creation of documentation in English

Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of digital circuit technology
• Good knowledge and professional experience in FPGA development (Build Flow, Constraining, Integration, Debugging, and Tests)
• Good knowledge of hardware description languages VHDL and System Verilog
• Good knowledge and professional experience with the AMD FPGA family Ultrascale+
• Good knowledge of FPGA interface technologies: DDR4 SDRAM, PCIe Gen3, and 100G Ethernet
• Fundamental knowledge in digital signal processing
• Knowledge in creating RTL simulations based on the hardware description language SystemVerilog and the UVM framework
• Good knowledge of scripting languages Python and TCL
• Good German and English skills in writing and speaking
