FP&A Sr Lead

FP&A Sr Lead – Finanzas En Openbank México (Grupo Santander) seek a FP&A Sr Lead to integrate into the Finance team, leading financial planning and contributing directly to strategic decision-making through analysis, projections, and financial models in a dynamic and high-impact environment. ¿Qué vas a hacer? You will be responsible for executing key processes of financial planning and analysis, with direct visibility into business strategy. Lead the development of financial plans, forecasts, and reports that inform senior management and drive business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize initiatives that drive growth and profitability. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment. Provide expert-level support to finance team members on financial planning and analysis topics. ¿Qué habilidades y experiencia necesitamos? 5+ years of experience in FP&A or a related field, preferably in the banking industry. Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
