FP&A Specialist

This gap leaves even the largest organizations potentially vulnerable to attacks. The Tenchi platform empowers organizations to protect themselves by continuously monitoring the cyber risk posture of their third parties and providing actionable insights to remediate vulnerabilities. We are looking for an FP&A Specialist to join our team. This role will report to the Head of Finance and will be responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities: * Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, forecasts, and long-range financial plans. * Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance. * Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data. * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. * Support the month-end and year-end close processes. * Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and projects. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. * 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. * Experience with financial planning software (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights) is a plus. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
