FP&A Specialist (LATAM)

JOB PURPOSE: The FP&A Specialist is responsible for supporting the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes. This role partners closely with business leaders to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making, improve financial performance, and ensure financial discipline across the organization KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Business Partnering Oversee all financial aspects of LATAM finance performance including current and future performance, identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to optimize financial outcomes. Collaborate closely with business leaders to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making, improve financial performance, and ensure financial discipline across the organization. Financial Planning and Analysis Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for LATAM operations, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals and objectives. Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth. Provide insights and recommendations to business leaders to drive strategic decision-making, improve financial performance, and ensure financial discipline across the organization. Performance Analysis Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure LATAM finance performance against company-wide goals and objectives. Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to optimize financial outcomes. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights and visibility into LATAM finance performance.
