As an FP&A Manager, you will connect corporate planning, project performance, and management reporting into a meaningful steering logic. You will not only analyze what has happened but also proactively highlight where action is needed and new opportunities arise.

Your Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the integrated five-year plan of the ju:niz group and will continuously develop it.
• You will translate strategic goals into robust financial plans, scenarios, and relevant control metrics.
• You will independently build and maintain an integrated financial model for P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, capex, financing, and liquidity.
• You will conduct well-founded and audience-appropriate corporate and project valuations, as well as sensitivity and scenario analyses.
• You will work closely with Strategy on strategic options, growth initiatives, and management decisions.
• You will develop and monitor key KPIs at the group and portfolio level. You will consolidate project-specific POC information for performance management and proactively highlight key value drivers, opportunities, and risks.
• You will support the Executive Board and management with meaningful reports, analyses, and decision documents for financial and strategic steering.
• You will align planning and valuation assumptions with the respective departments and professionalize our FP&A, reporting, and analysis processes.
• As a Business Partner, you will work closely with the CFO, management, and our project and investment teams.

Your Profile

• You have completed a degree in economics with a focus on controlling, finance, accounting, or a comparable qualification.
• Three to five years of experience in FP&A, Business Controlling, Transaction Advisory, or a leading corporate or strategy consulting firm would be a good fit for this role.
• You are familiar with project business, complex business cases, and ideally a Private Equity, Scale-up, Infrastructure, or Energy environment.
• You think in an integrated manner regarding P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow; you are proficient in budgeting, management reporting, KPI steering, and POC-based project analyses.
• You use Excel at an expert level and are convincing in financial modeling, IRR, and valuation logics; experience with Microsoft Dynamics or LucaNet is a plus.
• You combine analytical depth with entrepreneurial thinking, clear communication, and a strong hands-on mentality.
• You speak fluent German and proficient English. For close collaboration with the CFO and departments, you will regularly work at our site in Aschheim near Munich.
