FP&A Manager

About the Role As FP&A Manager, you’ll lead the ANZ financial planning and analysis function. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, performing variance analysis, and providing insights to drive business decisions. You will also work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts • Performing variance analysis and providing insights to drive business decisions • Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication • Providing financial guidance and support to business leaders • Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing process improvements • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including finance teams, business leaders, and external partners. About the Candidate We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced FP&A Manager who has a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial planning and analysis. You will have: • A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools • Experience with financial planning and analysis systems such as Hyperion or similar.
